When you arrive at Hotel Legoland, you need to find the Reception at the Hotel Entrance, not the Conference Entrance. See map (pdf)

Upon arrival you will get a key to your Lalandia house, a printet program and your name tag.

In the late afternoon a snack and drinks will be available, and the program starts at 18:30.
